If one or more of your zones is constantly running, even when the controller is turned to OFF, you may have one or more valves stuck open. Follow these steps to close that valve:
- Locate the valve box in the yard. This is usually a green, plastic box. Simply pull the lid off to expose the valves.
- Turn the water on to see which valve is leaking. You will likely get wet during this process.
- With the water on, follow the instructions in the video.
If this does not work please make a service appointment as you may have a broken solenoid or valve.
